Pen Blanks

I filled an application form online for the post of lecturer. I wanted to save it in my pen drive.?
My pen drive saved the form but not the contents that I had filled in. I wanted to caryy the pen drive to some other place to obtain the printout but I could not because blank form was good- for- nothing
Can someone tell me the procedure because I am told that there is one.
Either you have to ‘print’ the already filled in form and use ‘PDF CREATOR’ in order to get a PDF doc of the filled in form and then print the PDF.
Or, the form should support you to save it along with the data you typed in, sometimes that is not allowed/supported by design — .
Was the form a PDF or just a html? — For PDF sometimes it is supported, for html it is not — for both cases use PDF Creator to get the form + filled in data and then go get the printouts..
